Swatch Requests:

All swatch request will be processed within (7) days. Please limit each request to 6 swatches.

Shipping Policy:

In most cases, our standard method of shipment is Priority Mail. Rates are as follows:

All shiping costs above include handling. We process most orders within 5 to 7 days and shipments that include backordered items will be held until all items can be shipped together. You will be notified if this occurs.

Payment Policy::

Your credit card orders are secure due to our secure server encrypment system. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you wish to order and pay off-line, simply use our contact form with the details of your order and we will contact you for payment information.

Mininum cut is one yard for cut goods (fabric, lace, trim & ribbon).

Return Policy:

Any item cut to order cannot be returned except in the event of defective merchandise or our error. If you would like to return any other item, please contact us at info@roxanesheirlooms for return instructions. Please include your name, order number and items being returned.
